Refund policy (Courses)

All the refund will be charged the Credit Card Processing Fee, if you paid via Credit Card.

All programs are eligible for a refund up to 30 days prior to the program’s start date listed in the programs registration. And the Administrative fee, $100, will be charged.

All the medical related requests for refunds must be made in writing to us at: learning@joyfulkidsland.com and must be supported with proper medical documentation in 5 business days since the 1st absent class. Fees will be refunded on a prorated basis (after charging $100 Administrative fee) and only with a medical note by doctor.

In order to offering quality programs, we are monitoring the registration levels for each program. Some programs may be cancelled due to insufficient registrants. Tuition fee will be fully refunded to registrants.

Other than that our Tuition fee is non – refundable.

For those who are eligible for the refund, if you have prepaid the tuition, the total hours billed at the discounted hourly rate will be recalculated at the standard hourly rate for the refund.

If we are facing an extreme weather, we will postpone our course(s) (not suitable for After School Program) to the next class(s) date(s)
